26 Kilometers From The West Of ShahreKord The Center City Of Chaharmahal Bakhtiari Province.There Is Located A Villaye Named ARJENAK , Which Is bordered on the north by Kakolak on the south by Vanan on the east by PirBaloot and on the west by Maryhmalak the vicinity abounds with small grown on the mountains ,trees named ARJEN HENCE the village is called arjenak meaning little ARJEN.Dating Back to Nader Shah Afshar erathe village was originally a two-entrance and four -tower coytle .For cattle breeding or animal husbandry which was founded by asadkhan Behdavand oeveing to myriads of verdant fields and limpid springs it became known as Chehelcheshme ( 40 springs ) Years later Haloozal with the title of Akalbali one of Asadkhan descendants moved to Arjanak and cattle breeding two Mizaei and Abdellhi Families.are of his offspring.Haloozal controlled the castle until the begining of Mohammad ali Shah era. then MR Ganji one of Asadkhan great grandsons was exiled to Arjanak .He gained control of the castle and strived to develop it.with population growth. another castle was built in the northeastern part of the village which was ruled by cheraghalikhan one of samsamolsoltane descendants at the present the village population is is over 2000,which the following families being busy with farming ,castle breeding and gardening the mirzaei the abdelahi ,the ganji,the gholami ,the asgari,the bakhshi,the omidi,the asadi,the ghaedi,the mirzanani ,and the sileimani.
